Our 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits deep aromas ofblackberry and currant, with touches of bittersweet chocolate, toffee and spicy toast. The flavors are complex and concentrated with berries, currants, plum and cedar. Ample ripe, soft tannins round out the finish and the sweet fruit lingers on and on.

Favorite food pairings include meats from the grill or oven, especially roasted prime rib of beef, rack of lamb or game. Pizza topped with specialty meats and fresh tomatoes and herbs make a good match, as do full-flavored cheeses.
